Die Box hat nur 16MB - eigentlich sollte sie 32MB haben. Manche Ebay-Verkäufer bauen aus den Nokias die Speichererweiterungen raus, um die dann einzeln zu verkaufen.

Wenn das Ram voll ist, crasht die Box. Und normale Boxen haben halt 32MB. Schau mal im Tuxbox-Forum, da solltest Du mit der Suche Hinweise finden. DieMade und Gurgel dort sind die Hardware-Experten und können Dir evtl. auch so eine Erweiterung verkaufen.

Schau mal das du keine Tuxtext Seiten zwischen speicherst und schalte auch mal das speichern des EPG aus.

Weis nicht ob das reicht oder ob es noch ein paar andere Ram-Sparpotenziale gibt.

ich denke:
Blaue taste, dann epg auslesen auf aus.
oder mittels telnet auf die box und dann killall sectionsd.

Das andere unter Diverse Einstellungen und Videotext zwischenspeichern aus.

..ich dachte mir das Du das meinst..dann hat man gar kein EPG mehr..wer will das schon? Waehrend einer Aufnahme wird sectionsd sowieso angehalten (der allozierte Speicher wird sicherlich nicht freigegeben)....ob der Movieplayer secionsd waehrend einer Wiedergabe anhaelt weiss ich nicht...spielt eh nur fuer die CPU-Last eine Rolle.

Ich denke schon, zumindest bei mir bilde ich mir ein das wenn ich während einer Aufnahme die blaue Taste drücke, der sectionsd aus ist.
oder zumindest seine Arbeit einstellt.

..dann frag mal die Entwickler ob die Einstellung 'sectionsd anhalten : ein/aus' bei den Aufnahmeeinstellungen (bei dbox als Streamserver erreichbar) nicht auch bei ts-Direktufnahme gilt!
